The annual election for positions on the DGSL Board of Directors will be held during the September Board meeting, tentatively set for the 3rd Wednesday of September 2010. At that meeting, applicants will be given the opportunity to express their interest by speaking to the present Board members.
Board members determine the direction of the league and insure its overall success and advancement. Each board member is assigned responsibilities for one or more functions of the league. In addition, they are expected to recruit help from the community.
Board members must attend monthly board meetings as well as support all league activities by volunteering or leading operations of these activities. If interested, email your statement of interest by September 1st to: voice@dedhamgs.com. Specific time and date information will be included in a response email.
