The annual election for positions on the DGSL Board of Directors are held during the October Board meeting. At that meeting, applicants will be given the opportunity to express their interest by speaking to the present Board members.

Board members determine the direction of the league and ensure its overall success and advancement. Each board member is assigned responsibilities for one or more functions of the league. In addition, they are expected to recruit help from the community.

Board members attend monthly board meetings (third Wednesday of the month) as well as support league activities by volunteering or leading operations of these activities.
